Having only just filmed at Glencorse just three weeks previous we we’re excited to be welcomed back for another amazing wedding that rocked our sock off!
We set off in the van with Edinburgh as our destination on a beautiful early July morning, Mike and his best man welcomed his guests many of whom had travelled from down south or from The Isle of White.
Guests took their seats in the majestic old kirk as bride Ania arrived, her party at the foot of the hill welcomed by the pipes of James Nicholl. At this point Mike waits at the end of the aisle where he fought the temptation to glance around before signalled. When he finally sees his bride taking the last few steps to join him he mentioned in his speech “Could not have been happier”.
After the relaxed ceremony everyone soaked up the sun and were dancing to the songs of Frank Sinatra performed by world renowned impersonator Stephen Triffitt and while all enjoying the fresh drinks and nibbles eventually the group moved into the marquee for food, more wine and speeches. This was all before the EPIC first dance which blew everyone away with a choreographed dance accompanied by a mash-up of songs from Michael Jackson, Billy Idol to Pharrel which brought everyone to the now packed dance-floor and then as if it couldn’t get any better the band turned it up to 11 and the energy blasted through the hours!
Ania and Mike we had a rocking good time at Glencorse with you on your music filled day! Enjoy married life 🙂
