Catch of a lifetime

Scottish castle wedding || Faye + Charles || Catch of a lifetime

Faye and Charles are both avid anglers, they incorporated their passion into the wedding day perfectly. Set in the historic Drumtochty castle grounds is a lake where the groomsmen escaped to in the morning for a spot of fishing. Quickly followed by the new husband and wife for some photo opportunities after having exited the castle through a fishing rod tunnel, (no confetti tunnel here!).
We had the pleasure of joining the couple and their guests for a hog roast the night before the wedding, getting to know everyone even better. Over the two days, the bar was well stocked with beautiful french wine thanks to Charles’ roots. We also discovered a new favorite brewery in Fierce Beer a local Aberdonian supplier. (not to mention the abundance of BrewDog too!)

It truly was a fantastic weekend for all involved. We were delighted when Faye asked us to her wedding, theirs no better compliment when a family friend asks you to film their wedding. We will remember it for a long time to come.
