Stacey + Raveen’s Wedding Trailer

The rain was lashing down upon the roof of Balbirnie House when we arrived on the 22nd December to film Stacy and Raveen’s wedding, just a few days before Christmas. With Guests having made the long journey from the Australian summer to Glenrothes, Scotland, the rain was perhaps a welcome break.

Morning preparations had begun with Stacey in the company of her mother, bridesmaids and a handful of friends, make-up and hair artists and her photographer while Raveen arrived with his entourage of groomsmen and father to enjoy a quick drink with a few of the guests before the ceremony.

At the bottom of the aisle Raveen waited patiently for his bride, a bride, who at that very moment was lock in arms with her emotional father about to enter and join her partner.

They gave their vows, signed the register and they were husband and wife. All the guests gathered on the front steps for a quick group photo before enjoying the canapés and mulled wine, perfect for those cold winter days.
Once everyone warmed by the fire, all gathered for the cake cutting. The cut was made and dinner was served. Although it was clear everyone enjoyed their three course meal it was also clear that everyone was eagerly awaiting the speeches which were full of anecdotal tales, laughter and tears in all the right places.
A beautifully delicate first dance to Gabriella Aplin’s “Power Of Love” was followed by the internet sensation and mega popular anthem “Gangnam Style” as the dance floor bounced into the night with all those… Wooooo sexy ladies! Hey Hey Hey Hey!!!

Stacey and Raveen it was such a pleasure working with you and filming your day. Thank you! We wish you a long and happy future together.
