Emma + Jonathan

Emma + Jonathan || Moments on the beach || Scottish wedding film

How Did You Meet?:

We met about 10 years ago in our hometown Largs. We only started chatting to each other at nights when we would meet up with our friends at the marina. Jonny would get drunk and call me his Mrs-Mrs (he doesn’t even remember doing it).

Describe The Proposal?:

I was sitting at home watching my favorite program Friends in our house on Christmas Eve. Jonny had the ring for a couple of weeks and after he asked my mum and step dad’s permission he couldn’t wait to ask me to be his wife. He then came to the house, got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I was in complete shock as I laughed and asked him if he was kidding – he wasn’t! We spent the rest of the night visiting close family and getting rather drunk.

Why Are You Getting a Film?:

I want to be able to look back at the day and relive the moment. I want to be able to see everyone having a good time together – how often do you get everyone in the same place at any one time?
I also want to be able to look back on the day in years to come and share it with my children.

Thank you so much for inviting us to share in your wedding day – Simon & Gregg
